ABLE TO LIVE IN

John 15:7 If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.
John 15:8 Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples.

Brothers, if we abide (live in) Jesus, and His words abide (live in) us His disciples, then Jesus says to us that God the Father is glorified, for we will bear much fruit and therefore we (you and I) will be disciples of Jesus.

He also says here that we shall ask what so ever we will, and it shall be done unto us. In other words brothers, Jesus says that if we do these things, 'WHAT THINGS'? -- Abide (live in) His words -- then we will receive what so ever we ask of God! WOW!

Brothers, this does not mean that we can attend a Church building on Sunday or twice each week and be glorified of the Father. No, we are told here in verses 7 & 8 of John chapter 15, that we are to abide in (live in) His word. What does abide mean. Abide is the Old English word for LIVE IN. The taking of your time each day and reading aloud his word, (why aloud? Because, FAITH COMES BY HEARING, especially hearing yourself reading God's Holy Word. By doing this you are seeing, hearing, and speaking His word.) Do you see how important it is for you to live in God's word. Then and only then will you be able to ask of God in prayer and receive what so ever you pray.

Walk in, and live in God's Holy Word brothers and ask of God anything that you will and He shall give it to you. Praise God!!!

Colossians 1:12 Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet (meet when used in the Bible means (ABLE) to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:

Brothers, we are able to partake of the inheritance becaus we are saints, walking in His light.

1Corinthians 3:3 For ye are yet carnal: for whereas there is among you envying, and strife, and divisions, are ye not carnal, and walk as men?

Brothers, if you allow envying, strife, and divisions to come into your life, then you are still carnal, (worldly, walking in your flesh, not in your spirit as God intends for you and I to do.)

Ephesians 2:12 That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world:

2Corinthians 6:16 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
2Corinthians 6:17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you.
2Corinthians 6:18 And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.

Brothers, don't go back to the time when you were without Christ, verse 12. He says that He will be a Father to you and I and that we will be His sons and daughters. Walk with God and He says that He will walk in us and with us.

Galatians 3:13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:
Galatians 3:14 That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

Acts 20:32 And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified.

Brothers, Jesus has sanctified you and I, so please walk in His Word. Jesus says in verses 13 &14 above that we are redeemed from the curse of the devil. Remember that we are blessed not cursed. Jesus was made a curse for us when He was hung upon the Cross for our sins, that the blessings of Abraham would come unto us. Abraham's blessings are ours if we do as Jesus has instructed us here.

God Bless you my brothers,
