My brothers in Christ Jesus, today more than ever before, God expects His children to be bold. We now live in a day in which Christians are being persecuted around the world. They are being beaten, imprisoned, and threatened with death, and in the Middle East they are being put to death if they will not denounce Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.

It is not long my fellow Americans when what you are seeing abroad will be in here. This time in which we live is short, and now more than perhaps at any time in history we must be BOLD in our witnessing to the lost, and to our brothers who have fallen asleep. We are the chosen generation, and boldness is required of us by God.

Please follow along with me now as God shows you what kind of boldness that He expects form you, and from  me in this hour.

Ephesians 6:19  And also for me, that words may be given to me in opening my mouth boldly to proclaim the mystery of the gospel,

Ephesians 3:12  In whom we have boldness and access with confidence through our faith in him.

Brothers, we access our boldness through our faith in Jesus. He will allow bold speaking to come from you when you may have never been bold in your life as a Christian. Now is boldness both to be prayed for, and received by you, and I. Do you see in Eph. 6:19 above that words will be given to you, and I in opening our mouths boldly, and God Himself will proclaim the gospel through you. You will not have to wonder what to say to someone. He will give you those words when you boldly proclaim the word of God.

Acts 28:31  Proclaiming the kingdom of God and teaching about the Lord Jesus Christ with all boldness and without hindrance.

Do not be hindered by anything or anyone from speaking the truth about our Lord Jesus Christ. We are told here to both proclaim the kingdom of God, and to teach about Jesus.

Acts 4:29  And now, Lord, look upon their threats and grant to your servants to continue to speak your word with all boldness,

Please see in the above verse that even when we are threatened you are to continue to speak His word with all boldness. Brothers in this day we are now being threatened, and are at the very least being verbally beaten for being a Christian. This will not deter us from boldly proclaiming God's word. Others may submit to the threats of God's enemy's, and our enemy's. Brothers please know that God's enemy's are our enemy's also.

Acts 4:31  And when they had prayed, the place in which they were gathered together was shaken, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and continued to speak the word of God with boldness.

Brothers, please see in the above verse that we are to speak the word of God boldly. The Holy Spirit will do the speaking through you. All that is required of you is to open your mouth, and boldly allow His Holy Word to come out. Do not be ashamed, but rather be bold.
Acts 4:13  Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were uneducated, common men, they were astonished. And they recognized that they had been with Jesus.

We too may be as Peter and John was. Uneducated, and common men, but we have Jesus living inside of us, if we know him as Lord and Savior. Those who we speak to will recognize that Jesus has also been, and is with us now.

Ephesians 3:12   In whom we have boldness and access with confidence through our faith in him.

It is through our faith in Him that allows us to speak boldly. God makes a promise to us in these verses to be there with us as we are being bold. He tells us plainly that he will speak through us. You will speak words that you did not know.

2 Corinthians 3:12  Since we have such a hope, we are very bold,

Be bold because you have hope in Jesus Christ. God's word tells us that He will never leave not forsake you. That His eyes will always be upon you. He says that the hand of the Lord will go before you, and that He will not allow your foot to stumble.

Proverbs 28:1  The wicked flee when no one pursues, but the righteous are bold as a lion.

See here that we are to be as bold as a lion. He has no fear of anyone, this is why that he is referred to as 'The King of The Jungle', brothers we are to be as BOLD as a lion. This kind of boldness is what God needs from his people in this day.

Brothers, we are told that the devil is a toothless lion who goes about seeking whom he may devour. He has no teeth brothers, and he can devour no one who knows Jesus. We are the lion with teeth, and we can boldly speak God's Holy Word, and the devil will flee from our presence. The righteous are bold as a lion. Be BOLD my brothers!

Acts 4:29   And now, Lord, look upon their threats and grant to your servants to continue to speak your word with all boldness,

God knows those of you who are threatened, and He will grant to us his servants to continue to speak words with all boldness. No sword formed against us shall prosper. The world's governments who threaten us in this day are helpless against the righteous who speak boldly. Do not ever be intimidated by idol threats. Those who threaten do not know the power of our God.
Philippians 1:20  As it is my eager expectation and hope that I will not be at all ashamed, but that with full courage now as always Christ will be honored in my body, whether by life or by death.

Hebrews 4:16  Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.

With confidence we are to draw near unto God, and by his grace we do receive mercy in our time of need. If you need boldness you only need to ask of Him. He will never leave nor forsake us my friends. Our God is omnipresent which means everywhere all of the time. You don't have to wait for him to come back around for he never leaves you.
Psalm 138:3  On the day I called, you answered me; my strength of soul you increased.

See here that on the day that you ask of God he will increase your strength to boldly speak of the gospel. You will not have to hope that he will help you speak boldly, because he has promised you that you only need to open your mouth, and boldness will proceed from you.
Philemon 1:8   Accordingly, though I am bold enough in Christ to command you to do what is required,
1 John 5:14  And this is the confidence that we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will he hears us.
Joshua 1:9  Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”

Brothers please be BOLD in this hour, and with all boldness speak the truth of God's Holy Word to all whom you come in contact.

Brothers, Jesus is coming very soon. We were told in God's Word that the generation who saw Israel become a nation once again would be the generation that saw Jesus' return for us His Church. Israel became a nation on May 15, 1948, and those who were born on or after that date is the generation too see Jesus' return.

Brothers, we are blessed above every generation that has ever lived. For we are that chosen generation that shall see Jesus appear to catch away us His Church. BE BOLD!

Please get busy boldly witnessing for Jesus, and the gospel of our Lord, our God. Do it now.

God Bless you my BOLD brothers,

John Hipp
