FAITH - GODS FAITH IS OUR FAITH

'YOU HAVE GOD'S FAITH'

Romans 10:17King James Version (KJV)

So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

My faith comes by reading and hearing God's word.

Hebrews 10:38King James Version (KJV)

Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.

God has pleasure in me because I live by faith, and I do not draw back from my faith. 'Praise God'.

Galatians 3:11King James Version (KJV)

But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith.

God will call me just when I live by faith.

Galatians 3:13King James Version (KJV)

Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:

Jesus died that I might be called the sons of God. The sons of God lives by faith.

1 Corinthians 2:16King James Version (KJV)

For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? but we have the mind of Christ.

I have the mind of Christ Jesus. For he abides in me, and helps me in my walk by faith.

Romans 5:5King James Version (KJV)

And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us

The love of God is my hope, and is shed abroad in my heart by the Holy Ghost who lives inside me.

Romans 1:17King James Version (KJV)

For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.

I will live by faith. All of my days I shall live by faith.

Mark 4:14King James Version (KJV)

The sower soweth the word.

The world came to be by the word of God spoken in faith. I will sow the word of God by my faith.

Mark 11:12-22King James Version (KJV)

And on the morrow, when they were come from Bethany, he was hungry:

And seeing a fig tree afar off having leaves, he came, if haply he might find any thing thereon: and when he came to it, he found nothing but leaves; for the time of figs was not yet.

And Jesus answered and said unto it, No man eat fruit of thee hereafter for ever. And his disciples heard it.

And they come to Jerusalem: and Jesus went into the temple, and began to cast out them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves;

And would not suffer that any man should carry any vessel through the temple.

And he taught, saying unto them, Is it not written, My house shall be called of all nations the house of prayer? but ye have made it a den of thieves.

And the scribes and chief priests heard it, and sought how they might destroy him: for they feared him, because all the people was astonished at his doctrine.

And when even was come, he went out of the city.

And in the morning, as they passed by, they saw the fig tree dried up from the roots.

And Peter calling to remembrance saith unto him, Master, behold, the fig tree which thou cursedst is withered away.

And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.

Brothers, do you see here in the above verses that we are to not only have faith in God. But, we are to have God's kind of faith. As we grow from a babe in Christ into a mature Christian, in faith. We are told throughout the New Testament that we can gave great faith. The same great faith that Jesus himself exhibited here. PRAISE GOD!! Go about building your faith as you walk through this life by spirit, and not by sight. We Christians are to follow Jesus' example.

Mark 4:35-41King James Version (KJV)

And the same day, when the even was come, he saith unto them, Let us pass over unto the other side.

And when they had sent away the multitude, they took him even as he was in the ship. And there were also with him other little ships.

And there arose a great storm of wind, and the waves beat into the ship, so that it was now full.

And he was in the hinder part of the ship, asleep on a pillow: and they awake him, and say unto him, Master, carest thou not that we perish?

And he arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm.

And he said unto them, Why are ye so fearful? how is it that ye have no faith?

And they feared exceedingly, and said one to another, What manner of man is this, that even the wind and the sea obey him?

Brothers, we to can calm the storms that come into our own lives. By speaking our words of faith we speak to the cause of those storms. When we say to them 'Peace, be Still', we are to only believe the word of God when Jesus said, "These things that I do you can do greater things than these." Wow what a promise from our Lord and Savour. Brothers, don't endure the storm, but rather speak by faith to that storm, and it will flee from you. Your faith makes it that the storm has no choice but to leave you, just as this storm had no choice but to be at peace, and to be still.

Romans 4:16King James Version (KJV)

Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the father of us all,

We are of faith. By God's grace to the end His promise is sure to all who know Jesus as Lord and Savour. We are Abrahams seed, and brothers what great faith he did have. We to are to have his kind of faith as we walk through this life witnessing to both the lost, and to our brothers in Christ.

2 Corinthians 9:8King James Version (KJV)

And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:

God will make all grace abound toward you and I. We are sufficient in all things, and are to abound in all good work.

Ephesians 3:20King James Version (KJV)

Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,

Brothers, God and Jesus is able to do far more than we can ask or think. It is his power not ours that works through us. He has given us that power, and we are to walk in that great power that is ours because of His promise to us.

Philippians 4:19King James Version (KJV)

But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

Our needs are supplied by our God according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

Psalm 107:20King James Version (KJV)

He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.

The word of God has healed us, and delivered us, you and I, from all destruction.

John 1:14King James Version (KJV)

And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

Praise God, Jesus was the word of God made flesh. He dwelt among us full of grace and truth. Praise God!

God bless you my brothers.
