Galatians 6:1 Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.
Brothers, Paul teaches us here in verse one, if you see someone who has been done wrongly, then because you are a child of God, restore that person with by humbling yourself, and considering that it could have been you who were harmed. Help all of those that you can.
Galatians 6:2 Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.
Christ Jesus bore all of our sinful burdens. We are to do the same for our brothers who we find in need.
Galatians 6:3 For if a man think himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceiveth himself.
Galatians 6:4 But let every man prove his own work, and then shall he have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another.
Brothers, we are not to think our selves to be something for we are nothing except for Jesus Christ. We are to prove our own work, and rejoice in our work, not in someone else's work.
Galatians 6:5 For every man shall bear his own burden.
Galatians 6:6 Let him that is taught in the word communicate unto him that teacheth in all good things.
Teach the teacher my brothers.
Galatians 6:7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
Galatians 6:8 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.
Our flesh is corrupt and we killed and buried it when we surrendered to Jesus Christ, we were raised up a new creature in Christ. We are to sow not to our flesh, but rather sow to the Spirit and reap life everlasting.
Galatians 6:9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
Galatians 6:10 As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.
Brothers, when you have opportunity to do good for someone, then do that deed in love, and in due season we shall reap, our reward of that good thing that we did. Verse ten above tells us that when we have opportunity, let us do good unto all men, but especially unto those who are of the household of faith.
Brothers, people come in and out of our lives. Some we remember for a while, and others we never forget. I have many memories of those people that I have met alone my on journey called life. I can think back on someone and find myself smiling without knowing it. Please brothers, never fail to help those that you find in need, your reward for helping them will be greater than you can hold.
God Bless you my brothers,
