2nd Timothy Chapter 4:
1 I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom;
2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.

Brothers, here we are told to be instant in season and out of season. This means that we are to be so filled with the truth of God's word that we can in an instant be ready to reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine.
Reprove means to show them in love the errors of their way.
To rebuke means to speak boldly the truth of God's word to our brothers in Christ Jesus.
We are to exhort, meaning to teach, the doctrine of Christ Jesus to our brothers.
Preaching the word of God does not mean that you are an ordained Pastor. It means that we as Children of God are to so walk in His truth that we can speak that truth to any brother who is in need of hearing the true doctrine of Christ Jesus.

3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;

Brothers, today is the time when they do not walk in sound doctrine.
Look around at all of the Preachers and Teachers who have turned away from Gods Holy Word and have chosen instead to teach the congregation things which will not offend them. Things which will not in anyway rebuke, or reprove the Church members.
Brothers, this ought not to be. We are told plainly here what God expects us to do in this day and time. We are not to set under this teaching. For by doing so we have accepted their false doctrine, and are going the way of this world. This kind of political correctness will put our very souls in jepordy.
Exhort means to boldly speak the truth, and these people must be told the truth even if they will not hear the truth. We are to speak the truth to all of our brothers.

4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

We are told here that many shall turn away from the truth of God's Holy Word, but just because they have turned away from truth, that does not mean that you are not to speak the truth to them every chance that you get. For God expects the truth from his children.
Speak the truth in love not in harshness. If they are offended by your loving rebuke then that is on them, and you have done as God's word has instructed for you to do.

5 But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry.

Brothers, we are to endure any and all afflictions to do God's work as we evangelize the lost and the saved making full proof of the ministry that God has given to each of us.
We are all to labor in the fields for we are told that the fields are white for harvest. Now is the days of great harvest for those of us who love God.

6 For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand.

The day and time of our departure with Jesus is close at hand. We must get busy with bringing in new sheep unto the fold, and also with rebuking those sheep who are not hearing sound doctrine in this day.
So many have accepted this ungodly politically correct teaching. Please show them the error of their ways while there is still time.

7 I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:

Brothers, when you have departed this life to stand before the Lord our God to be judged, please let this statement which is made in verse 7, be your testimony before our Lord Jesus Christ and God the Father.

8 Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.

Brothers, love the day of his appearing, and ready yourself for your crown of righteousness.

God bless you my brothers. Please go about doing your assigned work.
