Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven:
Brothers, judge all things, but do not judge people, least God would judge you. Do not condemn people that God will not condemn you. If we forgive others, then we shall be forgiven.
For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive; and plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon thee.
But that ye may know that the Son of man hath power on earth to forgive sins, (then saith he to the sick of the palsy,) Arise, take up thy bed, and go unto thine house.
Here Jesus showed that He had the power to forgive sins. When he forgave this poor mans sins He was also healed the man.
Brothers, we are both forgiven and healed. Walk in both!
Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do. And they parted his raiment, and cast lots.
Jesus asked for forgiveness for those who were crucifying him. Can you not ask for forgiveness for those who trespass against you. Forgive and be forgiven.
So likewise shall my heavenly Father do also unto you, if ye from your hearts forgive not every one his brother their trespasses.
Forgive, forgive, and forgive again just as Jesus and God the Father will forgive your sins, past, present, and future.
Brothers, it is so easy once we are saved, and born again a new creature in Christ Jesus to get complacent in our salvation. We are reluctant to look at ourselves, and our sinful human nature. But, we are easily pulled into speaking an ungodly word or statement, when someone who may still be lost says or does something that we perceive as ungodly.
Thank God we are forgiven, but we are still accountable for the sin that we will commit this day. By accountable I speak to God's word that says that many who are received into heaven will bear many stripes.
Brothers these stripes are for our un forgiveness, for those times when we refused to accept that we were wrong in judging both our brothers in Christ, and our fellow man.
Do not judge another, and when you do ask for forgiveness, and God is merciful to forgive you.
In a few previous messages I stated chapter and verse where God will not only forgive us our sins, but he also forgets those sins that we have and will commit. We must simply be in tuned to the Holy Spirit of God who resides inside each of his children. He will quicken your spirit, and make you aware when you do wrong. Just listen to him and ask for forgiveness.
All that God requires of us is to walk as Christ like that is humanly possible, and when we fail, He expects us to recognize this failure, and repent of that word or act.
Forgive and be forgiven my Brothers.
God bless you my brothers in Christ Jesus,
